Stealing. No Stealing in any form. You are not allowed to withdraw from other’s Bank accounts using spells, convocations, and marital claims over any Bank account. Respect for the right to life. Only life can nurture or nourish life. The universe is a life that gives life support to solar systems - another life that nurtures its planets and gives us life. It is our moral obligation to safeguard, protect, respect the life of other lifeforms to perform their own call of duty so our planet life cycle can provide us an ecosystem conducive to us humans. The Universe is the oldest evolution and therefore has no owners. It is 27 billion years old. Those who claims ownership should at least be a few hundredths older.

Our senses are limited to only a certain degree and are not aware that extraterrestrial entities are luring around us that we could not sense. Under the Petition of the Majority Population, the Judiciary and International Judiciary which has been causing atrocities and abusive use of authority towards civilian masses is now debunked and no longer an authority. Universal will overturn even God's request as the voice of the masses is louder than anyone in authority that in fact should be treated as public servants that will work for the interest of the masses.
Future election winners will only be lawfully appointed if it has the votation of the mass population and is properly canvassed and checked by neutral officiators. The people should be able to petition their protest against dishonesty, unfair practices, venturing corrupt acts, and even Gods can not nullify the general publics voted leaders. Decision or winner declaration should never come from panels or by judges but from the general population so they sustain and protect the overall satisfaction of their basic freedom of a rightful governing ruler, king or even Gods. The outcome of the election should not satisfy the panels' or judges best judgement but the people's general interest. Their votes doesn't count for the panels and judges preferences or bet but for the best interest of the whole population. They have no right to give decisions at the cost of the general's population welfare, well-being, and both physical and mental wellness. Those only with good merits acknowledged by the general population can join the race not by neither clout and influence. The ruler's obligation is to protect, serve and safeguard the people and their concern. The general public should always be the object of any votation.
No Direct penalty or punishment without any court ruling to ensure everybody's right to a fair trial and justice and ensure their basic rights are protected by the full extent of the law. The judiciary is now debunked for taking the law in its hands and with orders from its head. They even conduct summary executions without any regard for the victims' right to life. The previous leaders made use of them as mercenaries with the full capacity of immunity ironically for protecting their death they succumbed while commissioning a crime.
Gods or any other higher power does not have any right to influence the courts and will no longer be treated with any superiority by the power and energy to restrict them.
All Evil dark forces whether known or unknown will be automatically stripped of their power and can never assume the nature of a spirit. The universe will break all their spirit gasses composition solidifying them to prevent them from escape, and replication and keep their visibility tangible relevant to consummate their apprehension. Universal Judicial courts will be established so crime records can be maintained using a database. Otherwise these criminals will never meet its end.
An attempted rape with kissing doesn't make any woman liable for marriage and more so obliged to pay the offender. There is no relevant truth about the saliva connection. This a law by the dark side that is prevalently used to extort from women and men. This superseded that law and should never be used or take effect in the future. This is one of the laws that is widely misused and I want the Judiciary abolished forever.
Money given as goodwill to a woman without malice should never implicate the sponsor or donor without the evidence of explicit sex misconduct or sexual intercourse and without the proper forensic investigation. This practice's main objective is to extort money.

They can only assume their visible form so as not to present dangers to the entire population. Hence, they can revert only to where they came from. You can be smart and circumvent this nature's law but you can never hide your ill mind, your transgression, and your crime from the universe. Also, the new Judicial Courts will record all your crimes.
The universe does not allow replication, making of replicas, and identity theft violators will be banished.
Deactivating Universal will be banished. No convocations unless approved by the court to convene. Convocations from spells to assemble and scripted instruction, performers will be banished. Objections can be filed through a petition in a court.
The Universe is revoking all rights and all power of everything that exists due to the transgression of those who possess powers that make it chaotic and disturbing peace and order. For instance, Satan and the like. No one supersedes the power and commands of the universal law and its author as well as enforcers including those claiming to be Gods without merit. No one is above the law.
The Universe is promulgating a law that will require warring factions to settle their differences amicably and make amends, demanding compensation if substantiated by the investigating panel and based on factual reports. Prolonging the conflict will affect the well-being and wellness of the general public. Negating factions will be allowed to migrate or be banished.
The Universal Law will invoke its power to demolish evil empires and their rulers so peace and order can finally be achieved.
The Universal Law will harness the power of the Universe to destroy if not disarm all arms and totally ban the production of such. We should sponsor any business enterprises to do business at the cost of human lives. All facilities, factories, and mechanized robots will be destroyed to stop the reproduction of arms. These are tools whose main purpose is to end the human race is likewise the main cause of global armed conflict and annexation of other countries. We will all convene and draft more laws to be included in the Universal Law so that it can offer each and every one of us peace of mind and lasting security that will be abided by all of those in our universe.
Parents or Guardians will no longer have any control of their children after they have reached the legal age of twenty-one (21) years old as long as he is not mentally incapacitated and has enough maturity and education to be independent.
The Universal Law does not exempt anybody using the influence of their relatives in power for their gains, advantage and other vested interest and most especially to take advantage of women. Women has the right to reject any sexual overtures, inopportune their situation. No Gods, Kings, High Official and influential people is an exempt from this law. Offenders will be expelled.
